Meet the Owner of Santé!
Regan is a proud Stafford native, mother of two, and U.S. Air Force veteran with a deep passion for helping women live healthier, more balanced lives.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut and an Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy from Manchester Community College. During her time in the United States Air Force, Regan served as a Fitness Specialist, strengthening her commitment to helping others build healthier lifestyles. Today, she continues that mission as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach.
Regan’s passion is guiding women on their journey to lifelong health and wellness through education, empowerment, and sustainable lifestyle habits. Her holistic approach focuses on improving everyday life through nutrition, movement, sleep, self-care, social connection, home environment, spirituality, career, finances, and education.
Now, Regan is bringing her dream to life with Santé—a space designed to support and empower women through every stage of their fitness and wellness journey. Women need a space that caters to their bodies, and Regan is building that legacy right here in her hometown.
Her vision is to create the kind of supportive community where women feel strong, confident, and capable of thriving in every aspect of their lives.

Jennifer is a health and wellness enthusiast, grandmother, and longtime social worker with over 30 years of experience helping others thrive. She brings that same passion into fitness—coaching, training, and supporting women on their journey to becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.
She has a love for strength training, especially when it comes to building muscle for longevity, mobility, and lifelong wellness. When she’s not in the gym, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, camping with her husband and their golden retriever Molly, and creating wholesome meals that fuel her body for everyday life.

Michelle Schmidt is a mom of two little ones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Mat 2 certified Pilates instructor. As a busy mom, she understands how hard it can be to prioritize your own well-being, which is why she’s so passionate about helping others find simple, sustainable ways to feel their best. She believes deeply in the power of movement to support both mental and physical health, and also in nourishing the body with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods; especially when it comes to supporting autoimmune health.
Michelle brings a warm, down-to-earth, and supportive energy to her classes, creating a space where you can show up as you are, build strength, and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.

Missy is a lifelong resident of Stafford and a dedicated public school educator with over 30 years of experience. She has also been practicing yoga and Pilates for nearly as long, cultivating a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and wellness.
As a lifelong learner, Missy combined her passions by earning her 200 HR Yoga and SEL Facilitator Certification, and she is currently pursuing her Pilates certification. Today, she shares her expertise to help others experience the incredible benefits of yoga and Pilates for the mind, body, and soul.

Meet my Dad!
My Dad, Luke Hillebrecht, the 79 years old carpenter of over 55 years, my best friend and the maker of all my ideas and dreams come to fruition, is one of Santé’s most inspiring team members. He is the most talented, hard working, loving and supportive man in my life.
When Santé became real, he took hold of my vision and got to work without hesitation. His loyalty and dedication to making Santé a beautiful space for all our members is unparalleled. He shows up for me everyday without fail as he always has with everything in my life.
I am so grateful and blessed to have him by my side and to be a part of this movement he knows is very special to me.
The beautiful space that someday soon will be Santé would not have been possible without my Dad!

Hi, I’m Crystal, a yoga instructor with a love for strong movement, cozy spaces, ocean air, and helping people feel at home in their bodies.
My classes blend power, breath and strength to build heat and create an experience that’s both grounding and energizing. I believe yoga should challenge you, support you, be fun and leave you feeling more connected to yourself when you walk out than when you walked in. Whether we’re flowing through a powerful sequence or slowing down to reconnect with your breath, my goal is to create a welcoming space where everybody feels encouraged exactly as they are.
Outside the studio, I’m a family-loving, coffee-fueled mom who finds joy in my family and friends, my dogs, sunshine on my face and creating beautiful moments in everyday life.

Donna Bouthillier has been a massage therapist since 1999. After spending several years living in Spain with her family, she recently returned to her home state of Connecticut, where she is licensed and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Whether clients are seeking relief from pain and tension, support through life transitions, deeper rest, or simply time to reconnect with themselves, Donna’s work is grounded in skilled touch, attentive presence, and a deep respect for the complexity and resilience of the human body.
We are excited to welcome Donna to the Santé team and look forward to sharing her expertise, energy, and passion for helping others feel their best.
